If you provide this information in full, we will prepare you an official proforma invoice stamped and signed by our company. We send you your proforma invoice and our company information. After you make the payment via bank transfer, your machine is shipped within 10 working days at the latest, depending on our cargo density and the difference of the place to be delivered.

After shipping your machine, we send you the loading document, invoice and other documents. The person who will follow your customs procedures or you yourself can easily receive your machine from the delivery port with these documents. 

Before you start using your machine, you should definitely watch the sample operation videos on our website and youtube. You should read the user manual we send you completely.

As a factory, we are already in continuous production. On the one hand, while we are shipping new machines to our customers, on the other hand, continuous machine production continues. As a factory, we have the capacity to produce an average of 75 machines per week. Our stocks have a total of approximately 100 machines ready from each machine model. We cut the invoice you create an order, crate your machine and proceed to shipping. Since there are export and customs procedures in the same day cargo abroad, we ship within 10 working days at the latest. Don’t misunderstand, we say 10 working days at the latest because sometimes we may have cargo density. Generally, if we do not have cargo density, this period can be as fast as 2 – 3 days.

We will ship your purchased machine to you according to the delivery method. We usually send our machines as port or airport delivery. Apart from this, we also deliver to some European countries or America door to door door delivery. But this is more expensive than other delivery methods. That’s why our experienced customers usually choose Sea port or Airport delivery methods.

Our machines are guaranteed for 2 years. 10 years after sales support guarantee. What does after sales support mean: Our support team will help you if you need technical or usage support about the machine 5 years later. If you need spare parts, we will identify and send you the necessary spare parts for a fee. But this after-sales support guarantee should not be misunderstood. As a factory, we will support you as much as we can to produce oil and professionalize. But if you, as the user, do not show the necessary effort, there is not much we can do. After all, these machines are both very easy and very difficult to use, it all depends on the seriousness of the user. If you examine it diligently, you can improve your oil production experience step by step by solving its use in 5 minutes. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions you do not know.

As an important note: Our oil machines, which are our main production area, are new technology cold press oil press machines made of 100% steel. They are semi-automatic. Since they are made of steel, they are lifetime machines in correct use. As a result, since it is made of steel, these machines must have made a usage error in order to break down. When the assembly of our machines is completed, we perform the necessary tests many times and send them ready to the customer. 

This explanation should be taken into consideration within the scope of warranty.

You can only make your payments by bank transfer in accordance with the rules of International Trade. You can give a payment order by going to your bank with the proforma invoice and company information we send you. If you want, you can make the necessary research by investigating our company in your bank before making a money transfer and make a transaction after providing confidence.

The methods we receive payment are T/T bank transfer or L/C bank guarantee. We receive payment from most of our customers via T/T bank transfer. If you have not worked with us before and you are not sure, you can also pay by L/C bank guarantee. But if you pay by L/C, the buyer is responsible for the L/C opening fee of about 400 – 500 euro. As a company, we do not allow L/C payment except for very high volume purchases. We offer alternative faster solutions according to the seriousness of the buyer. In this case, if the customer is not sure about the quality of our factory, if necessary, he can get on a plane and come to Istanbul to see the machine in person and buy it.

In accordance with international transportation rules, we take all precautions and make protection add-ons for it. In case of damage due to external factors or damage by the carrier company during transportation, you need to keep a damage report. When your machine is delivered to you, you should check the soundness of the cargo by checking around it. If you think that it has been damaged, you should definitely open the crate before the person bringing the cargo leaves and check whether it has been damaged during transportation. In case of damage, you must keep a damage report to the cargo officer before receiving it. We already send your cargo insured. It is enough to send this report to us later. We do the necessary follow-up and follow the procedures.

No, we do not produce hot pressing machines. When heat treatment is applied to the product to be produced in these machines, it deteriorates the properties of the oil and makes it harmful to health. Oil production in this way is prohibited in world standards. In our country, oil production in this way is against health rules and is prohibited. Therefore, we do not produce hot oil press machines.

You can buy our filling and filtering machines according to your preference. This is completely related to your business plan. You cannot produce oil without machine equipment. But without oil filling machine and oil filtering machine, you can fill the oils you produce into bottles by hand or filter them with amateur techniques.

This depends on the oil you will produce and the market you are targeting. Generally, organic oils are not filtered. Our machines already have a pre-filtering section in the head area. Oils come out of this area by flowing through a 2 mm area. It is not possible for large particles and wastes to mix with the oil you produce. But if you want to clean micro-scale particles, you can also buy our oil filter machine models separately. Or you can rest your oil for 1 day and let the small particles settle to the bottom in the resting bowl. Generally, oil filter machines are preferred by mass producers. In some countries, cold press oil consumers prefer to consume the oil in its unfiltered form. Especially consumers in Europe and America prefer it this way. This may differ completely according to your business plan and the preference of your target consumer.
