If tahini is to be consumed for breakfast, it should be 40-60 microns thin. For this reason, our machines are limited to a production capacity of 20 kg per hour. If desired, 50 kg per hour can be produced, but in this case, our company does not recommend this method since the tahini will not be at the desired fineness.
